Getting in touch with what you really want, beyond conditioning and reactions

How does conditioning keep us from what we want?
Often simply by making us believe that we can’t have it, don’t deserve it or shouldn’t ask for it. This is probably not news to you. But how do you break out of this conditioning?

There are many ways out there from positive thinking to just do it, but often they are not enough to get to the source of the belief, and the old patterns continue to repeat themselves. I have found the interactive sourcing of the Inner Space Techniques to be an incredible way of digging down through layers of conditioning to find my own truth, desires and playfulness.

I love helping people to access what is hidden in their subconscious. The moments when someone perceives something about themselves or their life that they never saw before, or had not been able to remember from early child hood. Holding space for them while they feel big emotions and find their way back to their innocence and joy.

In this free talk I will share experiences and shifts I have observed in myself and others, describe the flow of an IST session and answer questions people have about the process.

Meditation is so much more than simple relaxation

One thing I particularly love about this work is that after each practice there is an opportunity to share your experience. We learn so much from each other by naming what happens and trying out what others share. The motto “see for yourself, know for yourself” is a key part of this approach. Every experience is valid and together we map states of consciousness that you can then return to in meditation or throughout your day, as appropriate.

We all want to be happy, productive and enjoy healthy lives and relationships. Unfortunately sometimes we get bogged down by negative emotions: fear, anxiety, anger, depression … that get in the way of being our most creative and loving selves. Many emotions are actually reactions from the past repeating when triggered. Something happened, when we were young or maybe even in a past life, which scared or hurt us and the response to it was the best we could come up with at the time. That response may no longer be appropriate or helpful.

Regression sessions are a way to follow the pattern back to its original source. Reliving the moment from our more mature self and held in a beautiful transforming light. This helps unlock stuck energy, clear old patterns and reconnect you with more innocent, creative and free parts of yourself.

In this talk I will share a model of subtle bodies that is useful in understanding how experiences are stored in our physical and energetic structure. I will outline the process of the Inner Space Technique and how it is used to access the subconscious for knowledge and healing. Regression therapy can be a deeply insightful experience right from the first session. Like any therapeutic process, deeper issues can take a few months to fully resolve. I have been doing IST for over a decade and I still find new parts of myself that were hidden from my conscious mind.
